The Human Resources Department has overall responsibility for ensuring company-wide implementation of and commitment to this policy, and maintains reporting and monitoring procedures. Any questions or concerns that employees may have about equal opportunity issues should be referred to the Human Resources Department.
Appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against any employee who willfully violates this policy.
